The macros used in assembly were broken on powerpc64 ELFv1.
* sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc64/sysdep.h: (call_mcount_parm_offset): Delete.
(SAVE_ARG, REST_ARG, CFI_SAVE_ARG): Correct.
