It is.
I like the output better than makeinfo 4.x.
I don't see anyone objecting to using texinfo 5 so I've updated Regeneration.
I didn't give it much thought since it met the > texinfo 4.7 requirement
to build the library. Though I did notice it produces significantly nicer
looking text.
I guess though that we don't want the text format to oscillate between
looking nice and not looking nice.
I have left the INSTALL requirements at "GNU 'texinfo' 4.7 or later"
though since that's the lower limit.
