sysdeps/nios2/memusage.h, sysdeps/nios2/nptl/Makefile,
sysdeps/nios2/nptl/pthread_spin_lock.c, sysdeps/nios2/nptl/pthreaddef.h,
sysdeps/nios2/stackinfo.h still need such descriptions. OK with that
change.
