I don't understand your question. The patch has been in since the day it
was approved; it takes time to do the series of incremental followups, one
feature at a time, to move more functions to use ALL_RM_TEST (and in some
cases it may well be most appropriate to fix bugs shown up in
all-rounding-mode testing before enabling it, if too many XFAILs would be
required otherwise; that's why the tests of pow in non-default rounding
modes aren't using AUTO_TESTS_ff_f yet, because there are many cases of
bug 16315 that need carefully identifying and fixing in many pow
implementations, quite possibly adding new testcases in the process,
before tests can be enabled without lots of XFAILs).
