I've built a new glibc with your patches, and looked over the list of
warnings.
It seems like there is ~119 places that need to be fixed, but some
get fixed together easily.
There are only 85 unique defines that need fixing.
No testsuite regressions that I could see from your initial two patches
you posted.
If you have a followup final patch I could use to base my work on that
would be great.
