I'm confused. Is it OK for pthread_mutexattr_gettype() mask out the non
portable elision bits, PTHREAD_MUTEX_NO_ELISION_NP and
PTHREAD_MUTEX_ELISON_NP, set by pthread_mutexattr_settype()?
