This illustrates why it's important to *test* patches before pushing. As
an architecture-independent change, it's easy to test (this isn't a case
of doing mechanical changes to architectures you don't have access to),
with, at a minimum, a glibc build (which is quick) and "make
localedata/install-locales" after building glibc.
