For my own clarity, following this patch:

1.) The new specification has been posted which publishes the new
relocation names.
2.) Andrew Pinski is waiting on this patch for one of his own.
3.) Some relocations will be renamed with a follow-on patch that can
be expected shortly/imminently.  This patch will also change internal
usage of the renamed symbols.
4.) Perhaps some white-space changes will follow separately.

Anything else to consider?  If not I can check these in.
