New spam measures for glibc wiki; the "I vouch for you" list.

Community,

The amount of spamming on the wiki grows larger and larger by the day.
Thomas and myself struggle valiantly to delete spam, but it's a loosing
battle.

As of immediately we've instituted a "I vouch for you" list. Only people
on the "I vouch for you" list can edit the wiki. The way to get on the
list is to get someone from the list to vouch for you and add you to the
list.

In more technical parlance we have added an "EditorGroup" group to the
wiki. Only people in the "EditorGroup" group may "read, write, delete, revert"
things on the wiki. The ACL is setup such that if you are a member of the
"EditorGroup" group you may update the "EditorGroup" group definition page.

Given that we have an exclusive community editing group I have disabled
the textcaptchas. You may need to restart your browser or clear history
in order for page editing to work correctly.

HomePage description of the change with link to EditorGroup page:

EditorGroup page:
http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/EditorGroup

I expect everyone on the EditorGroup page to behave themselves in
accordance with the consensus of the community.

I have seeded the EditorGroup group with anyone who has edited the wiki
in the last 90 days plus some obvious people.

If you have any questions or are opposed to this new measure please
speak up now.

If you have any problems using the wiki please email the list and we'll
get it fixed.

Cheers,
Carlos.
