We need to defer to the native language speakers for locales like
this.
If Eagle has a working email address and is willing to work with
us to maintain ug_CN then I'm happy to accept the patch.
I asked him, he's a native speaker and worked on the locale with
scientists - and he's willing to keep the locale working.
Only time will tell how correct this is as we get feedback from
native language users that use a distribution with this change.
