updating private branches (and .stgit branches)


It's a bit of a pain to push updated private branches after rebases; I
have to delete the remote branch, then put it all again.

Could we disable for private branches the code that rejects non-FF
pushes to âmainstreamâ branches?


Would it make sense for me to push .stgit branches too?
(i.e., is anyone else using stgit that might benefit from them?)
