Since __SYSCALL_SLONG_TYPE is always
the same as __SNSECONDS_T_TYPE, how about if we
remove __SNSECONDS_T_TYPE and replace all its
occurrences with __SYSCALL_SLONG_TYPE?
Surely it'd be cleaner to use __SYSCALL_SLONG_TYPE
everywhere this situation comes up, than to have a
special case just for struct timespec.
