Remove unused sysdeps/unix/execve.S

- Subject: Remove unused sysdeps/unix/execve.S
The file sysdeps/unix/execve.S is unused; both Linux and Hurd have
their own execve.c.
I propose this patch to remove this unused file. Tested x86_64.
