I wrote this file, not that I remember anything useful about its actual
implementation.  It's not really necessary to go all the way to building
libraries on all the platforms.  It's enough to verify that there is no
change in the final output from this massaging, which is abi-versions.h
plus sysd-versions and *.map.  Do that for all the configurations/ports
that use a nonempty third column in shlib-versions, and then you're fine.
