Believe it or not, there is. It might not serve IBM's purpose which is
apparently the only thing you care about. But before every release I go
through the bug database a fix the open bugs. This might mean a delay
but that's very well predictable and you certainly have noticed it. But
again, it might not fit in your own plans and therefore you have to bitch.
