Hi Jakub,
On 7/12/07, Jakub Jelinek <jakub@redhat.com> wrote:
I'd like to release current glibc-2_6-branch bits as glibc 2.6.1 soon
and if there is any demand, perhaps 2.5.1 release from glibc-2_5-branch.
Please test the current branches out, if there are important bugfixes
missing and have been widely tested, let me know.
I'd like to see a 2.5.1 release, if possible. I've been using
snapshots of the glibc-2_5-branch for a while. Just updated to the
current head and it seems to be working fine here on Linux i686. The
testsuite has one failure in nptl/tst-cancel1, but I believe that's
expected since I'm using gcc-4.1.2.
