Thanks for clearing up this issue. B.t.w. I notice that while you changed
the license of all other unwind-* files, the file unwind-dw2-fde-glibc.c
still carries the GPL + special exception. Was this deliberate or just an
oversight?
(Since it is the GPL + special exception, not the pure GPL, we don't really
have a problem with that; I was just wondering ...)
