[PATCH] fix semtimedop for MIPS n32/n64


Hello,

Linux/MIPS kernel doesn't have n32/n64 version of SYS_ipc syscall.
Each SysV IPC operation has its own syscall instead.
Attached patch adds n32/n64 - specific version of semtimedop
based on this.
