I probably have no problems with this (need some more checks) but some
locale names are plainly wrong:
libc/localedata/locales/aa_ER-Saaho
libc/localedata/locales/gez_ER-Abegede
libc/localedata/locales/gez_ET-Abegede
What's this extra name at the end? The format is invalid. If this is
something like a regional dialect or so, it'll have to be aa_ER@saaho etc.
