PR 1962: The missing languages are now available

The problem report requested these four new langauges to be included in
libc/locale/iso-3166.def:
DEFINE_LANGUAGE_CODE ("Ge'ez", gz, gez, gez)
DEFINE_LANGUAGE_CODE ("Sidamo", sx, sid, sid)
DEFINE_LANGUAGE_CODE ("Tigre", tx, tig, tig)
DEFINE_LANGUAGE_CODE ("Tigrigna", ti, tir, tir)
The last of the missing languages was added (with different codes)
when drepper updated the list 2003-04-03. The problem report should
be closed with status fixed.
