intl patches (1)

Hi Ulrich,

Here are a few patches from the periodical bidirectional merge between
gettext/intl and glibc/intl. I have done the glibc -> gettext direction,
here are now the patches for the gettext -> glibc direction.

Part 1: Rename gettext.h to gmo.h. This file describes the structure of
GNU mo files, not anything about the API. A user-visible file "gettext.h"
is now distributed by gettext and contained in gnulib, it is a portable
wrapper around <libintl.h>.

2002-12-11  Bruno Haible  <bruno@clisp.org>

	* intl/gmo.h: Renamed from intl/gettext.h.
	* intl/Makefile (distribute): Add gmo.h, remove gettext.h.
	* intl/gettextP.h: Update.
	* intl/loadmsgcat.c: Update.
