Subject: PATCH: Fix the oldest ABI

Here is a patch to fix --enable-oldest-abi=ABI. I tested it on i686
with --enable-oldest-abi=2.2.3. The resulting libraries seem compatible
with glibc built without --enable-oldest-abi=2.2.3.
