About ISO-IR-209, I looked at the name of the characters listed in
http://www.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/ISO-IR/209.pdf
and compared this with the character name list in
http://www.unicode.org/Public/3.2-Update/UnicodeData-3.2.0.txt
Thus I concluded that it was a typo.
Since the MAC-SAMI has the same problem, and it was submitted by the
same person as the ISO-IR-209 charmap, I guessed it is a typo here as
well.
