This diff is broken: it contains lines of the form
Binary files glibc-2.1.96/iconvdata/testdata/IBM930 and glibc-2.1.97/iconvdata/testdata/IBM930 differ
instead of proper diffs (diff -a should do the trick).
This causes test failures
