After configuring glibc with --prefix=/usr
--enable-add-ons=linuxthreads --disable-profile, invoking 'make'
eventually terminated with the message
make -C malloc others
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/glibc-2.1.92/malloc'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/obj-glibc/dlfcn/libdl.so', needed
by `/usr/src/obj-glibc/malloc/libmemusage.so'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/glibc-2.1.92/malloc'
make[1]: *** [malloc/others] Error 2
[Actually, this message was produced when I reinvoked make after an
initial run had produced a similar message]
Please let me know if you need more information.

Martin
