Yep, maybe, but I fear it is somewhat different: does it mean you're
requiring ANSI C?  If it does not, then fine with me.

If it does, I'm in favor of delaying all this until 2.51.

We *need* to ship 2.50.  Afterwards, we can have more regular
releases, and we will.
