Missing header in GSL 0.9.3

I seem to be missing the header file
gsl/gsl_vector_complex_long_double.h. I get the following error message
from make (Mac OS 10.1, gcc 2.95.2):
Making all in vector
make[2]: *** No rule to make target
`../gsl/gsl_vector_complex_long_double.h', needed by `init.lo'. Stop.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rodney
