Log message:
* pr.c (field_value): Fundamental change--PR contents always
override index contents.
* getclose.c (do_prlist): Use gen_pr_path().
* gen-index.c (do_category): Check to see if the PR read in is
remotely sane. (We should return an error status from read_pr()
since it no longer insanely exits).
* query.c(make_path): Removed, no longer used.
Fixes obvious fatal gen-index bug.
