Log message:
* edit.c (check_pr): Don't bother setting the bad value for
Category:, Submitter:, or Responsible: fields. strdup invalid
fields when we *do* pass them in.
* client.c (client_print_errors): Print out the supplied error
message for an invalid category, submitter, responsible or date
field.
