Re: more on seg. faults


Just a few short comments:

- you're using Motif or Lesstif?  Try it without.  Try the minimal
  configuration that works/fails and notice the difference.
- Emacs and XEmacs have a special boot up process called dumping.  If
  this fails, you've 
- Do other people on ppc have the same problems with the same setup?
- get different binutils.  2.9.4.0.8 is alpha status AFAIK.
