Although the Staroffice thread is somewhat off topic, it seems to be
important for many readers on this list.

I didn't install it, yet. But it is still shipped with glibc-2.0.7.
I have a question to the installation experts. Staroffice installs and
runs fine so far on my glibc-2.1 system. But some functions, such as
printing, call sh, cat and lpr. These tools fail because the
glibc-2.0.7 libraries are found before the glibc-2.1 libraries. Did
someone find a solution that does not require replacing the
dynamically linked binaries by statically linked version?

Marcus
