Closing given the evidence that this is a GCC bug, please file a GCC bug report
(presumably you should be able to reduce this to preprocessed source for
truncf128, and a particular input value, such that built with one compiler it
works and with another compiler it does not).  Reopen if that GCC bug report
results in a problem with the glibc sources being identified.
