Not necessary because 24 hour time is used.

These seem to be correct already:

int_curr_symbol      "DOP "
currency_symbol      "RD$"

There is no “FIXME” anymore.

So I am not sure whether anything still needs to be done.

And there was no reply for a long time, so I close this as INVALID.

If you think that there is still a problem, you can reopen this
and provide a patch against current git.
