I believe I have a test case from an user that makes it
easier to debug this condition.
Attached is my WIP stap script to debug it. It traces
the test case pretty much down to schedule calls in the
kernel side, but still may need some extra tweaks in the
user level trace (but should give enough hints to someone
familiar enough with the glibc code).
