Bugzilla is for reporting bugs in currently supported glibc versions. 
Questions that are not reporting bugs should go to the libc-help mailing list. 
See <https://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/Release> for a list of current release
branches; no version before 2.17 is maintained.

This report has no test case attached anyway.
