Sorry. I'd love to do what you say, but I'm just a school teacher and
I have no idea about kernel upgrading or diagnosing kernel problems. I
only googled "report kernel bugs" and tried to follow the instructions
here: http://www.kernel.org/doc/man-pages/reporting_code_bugs.html
I thought it might be a kernel bug because it's not a
distribution-specific problem. I have reported the bug to various
distros to no avail, for example here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/865557
Could you please tell me how to proceed?
