hi everyone,
i just retrieved latest glibc manual in text format.
in 12.3 "opening streams" it says :
If OPENTYPE string contains sequence `,ccs=STRING'
then STRING is taken as name of a coded character set
and `fopen' will mark stream as wide-oriented
which appropriate conversion functions in place to
convert from and to character set STRING is place.
which very utmost ununderstandable,
so i hope you like to be inform about.
