[Bug libc/6042] New: Please add ETHERTYPE_VLAN and ETHERTYPE_IPV6 defines

/usr/include/net/ethernet.h contains very few ETHERTYPE_ values compared to BSD 
systems for example. Most of this values are not really useful as they refer to 
protocols with very limited use. This is not the case of ETHERTYPE_VLAN and 
ETHERTYPE_IPV6.

The patch that will follow add those two defines.
