there is Locale file for Punjabi from Pakistan Region. Punjabi is Language
Spoken in both India and Pakistan's Punjab Area. Attached Locale file is for
Pakistan Region.
Languae Name = Punjabi (Panjabi is not used by Regional People, but only by English)
Language Code = pa
Region COde = PK

File is generated with ur_PK and ar_IN files
