[Bug admin/563] New: ports repository documentation

It would be nice if there was a pointer to the ports repository on the web page.
    http://sources.redhat.com/glibc
I had a bit of trouble finding it, and found it only by making an educated
guess.  Listing the CVS command for checking it out would be nice.  Also, maybe
a cvsweb link for it.  Alternatively, some info about it could be put in the FAQ.
