[Bug libc/285] New: memusage fails on programs that allocate lots of memory


memusage and memusagestat should open the data file in large file mode.  Also
when  the memory peak is over 100MB, the y-axis label gets truncated.  The
attached patch fixes both of these problems.  I cleaned up the code which draws
the labels in the process.  Thanks for an extremely useful utility.
