Me too.
As for ChangeLog in the path,
Do you mean prepending entries with "gdb/ChangeLog" or
"testsuite/ChangeLog" instead of just "gdb/" or "testsuite/" ?
If so, I would say skip "ChangeLog", keep just, e.g., "testsuite/".
That's the existing convention.
