Subject: Patch to implement set remote hardware-watchpoint-length-limit

This patch allows to set the limit of the length of hardware watchpoints. This allows a.o. unlimited "simulated hardware" watchpoints with a gdbserver embedded in Valgrind. See http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=214909
