About HMS Monitor of H8/300 series

Hi,
I try to write the monitor program of H8/300 series that is compatible with
HMS monitor.
But I don't use the HMS monitor. Regarding the gdb source code, I understand
commands,
but cannot understand the responce of the 'r' command. Perhaps:
>r [RET]
