- Subject: To run gdb on ARM target
Hi All,
I want to run gdb executable on ARM. See I don't want
to use gdbserver (on arm target) and arm-linux-gdb on
host to debug it using serial/ethernet connection. My
target has sufficient memory to accomodate
applications.
Now I have refered this link
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb/2003-08/msg00327.html
and it's discussion. I am using current snapshot of
gdb+dejagnu.
#./configure --host=arm-linux --target=arm-linux
--prefix=anything
error:
checking whether the C compiler works...configure :
error: cannot run C compiled programs.
Does anybody came across this problem.
Regards,
Trilok Soni
