Hi all,

I am hobbling together a small stub for an arm which communicates with gdb.
At the moment I am getting the RSP-ARM interface working, and have managed to
convince gdb that it has connected and downloaded to a valid host. 

Unfortunately I do not know what to send gdb when a step or continue command
is received. The RSP definition is a bit hazey on this matter.

Any help is appreciated,
