How about src/cgen-cpu (*)?  Or maybe even src/cpu/cgen.

I like the latter (though I only put a few seconds of thought into it).
It doesn't preclude having cgen-like things other than cgen, and gives
them a home.

(*) It screws up tab-completion of src/cgen, but it's descriptive.
