Yes, I thought this bug was fixed too.
FWIW, I just did a build of gdb-5.2.1 on a Red Hat 7.3 machine (x86).
I wasn't able to reproduce the bug using the test program provided by
Bennet. (I've also tested the current development sources and, as
expected, don't see the bug there either.)
