But those refer to psapi DLL which is
from the Software Development Kit of M$ !!!

Does this mean that I will have to install the whole huge SDK
to be able to use GDB for cygwin ???
OK, I took a look into the sources and
it seems that its only used if available.
Nevertheless I am unable to compile GDB snapshot with the latest
network release of cygwin (b20.1) and this is quite annoying!
When is the next release of cygwin planned?
