	* readelf.c (print_gnu_note: NT_GNU_ABI_TAG): Recognize
	GNU_ABI_TAG_SYLLABLE and GNU_ABI_TAG_NACL.

include/elf/
	* common.h (GNU_ABI_TAG_SYLLABLE): New macro.
	(GNU_ABI_TAG_NACL): New macro.
